Hi, I'm Heather...

Hi, I'm Heather - the newest member of the Quilts Plus team!

I love working here, especially meeting everyone that comes in and helping people to find the perfect pattern or fabric. I love that when we sew or quilt we are making what we love and getting to use colors or designs that make us happy!

Since I have been working at Quilts Plus, I feel like I have learned so much, and tried a lot of new things. I am really looking forward to learning how to free motion quilt (I've already signed up for the next class). Right now I am really into mini quilts and pillows, and I love the book that we have in the shop called Weekend Quilting. I've made the first project, and I am planning the second one. After some practice I hope to do some free motion quilting on these projects.
